The problem is not bladder control, the problem is uber drivers having to do long hours without proper brakes to make enough money to live on, often being penalised for stopping their car to use a toilet The problem is workers not being treated like human beings
Women drivers are subjected to these same dynamics w/o having the luxury of peeing in bottles. If they can figure it out, so can guys
Women shouldn’t have to figure it out, and men shouldn’t either.
And to be clear: the way women often “figure out” how to deal with things that affect them disproportionately is they give up something, often something they need. In the case of drivers, they take fewer jobs and lose often desperately needed money.
Or what about we have basic human rights for all workers so no one has to "figure it out", instead of working people into an early grave to barely afford rent
