Tried something different with the Ribs (Baby Backs). Rather than fussing & fretting with temperature & potential dryness with cooking them on the grill. I cooked them in the air fryer and then briefly put them on the grill (because sister insisted they wonβt taste Smokey without grill time. (1)
I highly recommend the air fryer rib route. Look at some recipes and advice online, and try it out. I think they turned out great. (2)

My collard greens are made with smoked turkey, and then the normal stuff people do, garlic, onions, seasonings, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar.
