Hey once we fix all the human rights thing and living wages and trains, can we please make a standardization of reviews? This "anything below 5 stars SUX!" element really bothers me and needs to change.

Isn't that just "anything below 5 stars will be used by management as an excuse to punish labour" and would be fixed as a side-effect of the human rights and living wages?

Or the "We changed the stats cause 'too many people' were getting 5's. So now the old 5's are a 1." This one i hate SO MUCH.
