I hated the screens at first. But I admit they make things better, especially when customizing orders. Of course at the end of the day, it’s how the food tastes. And in our little village, it’s tasty. In our Florida home, it’s barely edible crap prepared by people who absolutely do not care.

Same here. I am surprised that the McDonald app does allow you just hit a button to order the same items from the last time your ordered. That would stop the endless queue at the self-ordering kiosks.

IMHO the best ordering experience we offer is mobile with table service. Second best is curbside.

Yes. The ability to sit down and get the food delivered is perfect. We love it. And it’s also a unique selling point among all the other fast food options.
