i wouldn’t call TLoU season 2 nowhere near bad but it’s actually making me appreciate the pacing of Part 2 much more i didn’t know it was possible 💀

I really hope we aren't going to have to put up with that Walking Dead pacing where we have to drag the plot out for seasons longer than it has to.
I had REALLY hoped they would alternate between Abby and Ellie’s stories after Joel died, but nah they’re making the same mistake the game made. I still think it’s good, but man they really fucked up the pacing again. We’re gonna have a whole season with no Pedro Pascal
Separating Abby’s story for S3 honestly feels like a huge mistake. Now the pacing feels rushed af. Abby literally is in 2 episodes and she just disappears after killing Joel.
It’s not awful but I don’t see why they couldn’t adapt the games pacing to the best of their ability.
Haven't watch S2 yet but with the news they're making S3 and S4 as well sounds like the tv series is replicating my experience with Part 2 pretty accurately where it just kept on going and going and going. .
I can't speak on pacing until seeing the finale but I am enjoying season 2 even as a big fan of Joel and knowing it's going to suck seeing less and less of him until we just don't see him anymore at all, even in flash backs. I am a little bummed out that season 2 only has 7 episodes.
I am struggling to watch this season cause I adore part 2 so much. The pacing in the show keeps pissing me off. Doesnt feel like its hitting as hard as the game did. :c
they have been taking so questionable choices and you always think maybe it’s because the pay off is different but no it ends up being the exact same thing but unnecessarily worse 😩
