It's like you can be a mega wealthy company and your workers can eat and have a life. Well I'll be damned. We were taught this was impossible.

We're always stronger when we stand together. #UnionStrong
Yes! Way to go Brittany!
I am retired and still belong to my union.
CWA for the win!
#solidarity
She’s awesome!
She should check out www.goodjobsfirst.com see 20 years of Wells Fargo REPETITIVE penalties for violations of business practices 🧌🥶 over, & over & over, again!
I am 100% for Workers unionizing against Corporate Hegemony. But Wells Fargo is the crookedest of the Crooked Big Bank/Moneylaundering Entities.
You go girl! 💪❤️
Unionizing is great, nice job! Now, if greedy wells fargo will stop funding oil pipelines and ripping off their customers.
Well done Brittany..enjoy SOLIDARITY!
I tried to get them to unionize our company but I couldn’t find enough people with the guts to do it as usual. 😞
Strength in Unions. #UnionSolidarity
Don't blame you girl. Wells Fargo has admitted to some shady shit
Just imagine what they're up to now!!
Britney, it’s about time. Wells Fargo did something good
Your cape is showing, WW!🩷
👏👏👏👏👏
Tell me, would you get benefits when in a union? Healthcare, dental care, sick days, mat leave etc?
In the case of the IBEW, the collective bargaining agreement is made with electrical contractors who are members of NECA. Contributions are pooled and health insurance and retirement are through the International Office, so even if you are working outside your home local, contributions
are made for the same benefits. However, each local has specific agreements with the contractors in their area. Contribution amount to retirement, vacation pay, hourly pay rates, and other benefits vary from local to local. You can move around between signatory employers without changing insurance.
Yet I know someone who's worked at both Fed Ex, and now at Amazon. Both places told them to vote NO.
Well done, Brittany!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
You go girl! Unions provide a better quality of life for workers. Fair pay, holidays, sick leave, overtime compensation, rest breaks, safe working environments, parity in pay, seniority rights and much more. Workers produce profits and should receive benefits from it.
Teachers’ Union Proud💪
I was in the CWA when I worked at ATT, I miss having a union at my back.
Unions made all of those benefits possible.
I miss it dearly.
Wish I would have understood or things could of been explained more when I was with att
Trump's not gone after unions yet. He will.
Good on Brittany for being union because Wells Fargo are horrifyingly nasty.
Yes to unionizing, but HELL NO to working at Wells Fargo as a black person. This is like a gay person unionizing at Chick-Fil-A or Hobby Lobby.
💯
Brittany, that is a great way to step up and help your fellow workers.
Curious how the CWA has organized a bank branch?
Great work! Unions are the best and support the employee.
Excellent! A solid foundation of collective bargaining is far more reliable than a hastily-constructed golem for warding off predatory financial spirits. Tell them Spintax approves. ✨🐸
Wells Fargo is my bank and I'm delighted to know the people who work there are unionized.
I think most of Wells Fargo is NOT organized that way....If I'm hearing this message correctly, it seems that the Union needs help in getting more braches of Wells Fargo organized like Brittany's branch.
I hear it somewhat differently. But admittedly, I come from the perspective of having a history of union members in my family.
According to Microsoft Copilot: As of mid-2025, only a small fraction of Wells Fargo’s workforce is unionized—roughly 1% or less. While Wells Fargo employs over 225,000 people across the U.S., efforts are still in their early stages. Since late 2023, 27 branches in 15 states have voted to
[cont'd] unionize, along with one nonbranch unit known as the Conduct Management Intake group. The movement is gaining momentum, but no formal contracts have been finalized yet.
[cont'd] Negotiations are underway at several locations, and organizers continue to push for broader representation across branches, call centers, and remote teams.
👍
Pension
I have worked with and without It's always better with
Not to nitpick but Brittany's testimonial here is incredibly edited and disjointedly spliced together... for instance: "You are protected [...], you have a family, [...] and you have support." (I don't think she meant to state that the Union IS your family. But that's how it has been constructed)
Union strong! Way to go Brittany! Everyone likes the benefits but leadership is another story. Thank you, from a teachers union treasurer. Shine bright and organize!! You are incredible!
Excellent! Good work! TYVM! 💙 ☮️ 🖖
✊️✊️✊️
❤️
YEAH Unions!!!
You definitely need a union if you work for Wells Fargo.
Thanks Brittany!
Unions created the 8 hour day, etc, etc, etc. Union proud, glad to see it
I was in the CWA for many years at Verizon....I was able to retire at 54. Union strong!

& #Unions aren't perfect, they're run by imperfect humans. So when you disagree with them, give them grace & don't throw the baby out with the bath water/cut your nose off to spite your face. Unions are the power of the working people to stand up to the power of #Money. #voteblue #fighttrumpfascism
