Probably not that unAmerican in corporate board rooms and that is what rules apply to the orange feces.

Not so, in my experience. Board meetings behind closed doors can be acrimonious and venomous as people jockey for position. And in larger companies, board members tend to have more personal power than the company executives and aren't afraid to use it. They aren't there to kiss ass.

No, board rooms have actual discussion and its not filled with 100% praise of the president of the company.
