Seems to be slipping... the nozzle is now unclogged, but the software tells me it can't push the filament through, even though that path is also clear and the filament end seems to be smooth enough to be pulled through... I'm trying with another nozzle to see if that works. Gah 1st world problems.

Annoying. You're going to have to check that the extruder isn't clogged. It could be that the nozzle is still partially clogged even though you can remove the filament. The A1's semi direct drive system makes it a pain to check this compared to a Bowden setup.

Got to it. Now to clean it and pray to the 3D printer gods, for I cannot be arsed to get another one.

The extruder cog assembly from a Bambu A1 3D printer: a big yellow cog and a small indented wheel on the same spindle.
