Guy recognized my Cantillon tattoo today. First time this has happened since I got it like 20 years ago. And apparently he owns a brewery in SD called Societe. He gave me this Fest Bier. And he makes lagers and pilsners under 5%. A session beer brewer. A lost art. Truly.
Notch Brewing up in Salem, MA does all sessions, too. I see some of their stuff sneak down to Central PA. Highly recommended, if you see it!

Session beers are where it's at. Give me something with a decent hop profile and 4% abv and I'm so happy.
