Some do, but you really have to look at the details of the rulings. And some of the orders don’t include explanations or reasoning. Trump is bending law and pushing boundaries but sometimes his Admin is on the right side of specific questions.

I can't think of a single issue this administration has taken that fits into both the letter and the spirit of the US Constitution.

Birthright citizenship is a good example. SCOTUS didn’t back him up but ruled on a narrower basis question about nationwide injunctions.

Not being clear and definitive on a ruling IS supporting him. There's literally nothing that requires them to take every case Trump sends their way. Just uphold the appeals court and move on.

I think they’ll get to it in the case of birthright citizenship. I’m sure it won’t stand, but it will be a different route to get there.
