Given his history of issuing a string of unconstitutional executive orders, I fully expect him to try. Not even his cohorts in Congress can unilaterally change the constitution and I don't expect even the Roberts court to contort themselves to let this happen. I DO expect Red states to try and

comply and for him to force compliance in blue states by withholding federal funds. Either way , it'll be a big old legal mess. We'll just have to see how it all shakes out

I think it may come down to the People refusing to go along. I’m not sure what form that will take.
