Here's a joy to share: yesterday a friend in another diocese officiated at a wedding at her church where the bride was someone who had been a parishioner of mine quite some time ago. She had been through a really dark and difficult time, but was already coming out if it when her family moved away. +
2/ The family ended up at my friend's church. When chatting with my friend on Wed she mentioned that she was very excited about this particular wedding and mentioned the bride's name. We put 2+2 together and realized the connection. I asked my friend to send the family my love, and she sent back +
3/ some beautiful photos of the wedding. It was so joyful to ser this young woman happy and well after all her struggles. Praise Gid from whom all blessings flow! ⚓️
