2/ may be naturalized citizens, green card holders, and legal asylees and refugees among them, not to mention the fact that over-staying a visa is a misdemeanor, not a felony. And, by the way, this camp is being paid for by ever-shrinking FEMA funds; Kristi Noem said so.
