The fact that it's cheaper to carry more bags... All that matters to the airplane, to how much fuel is spent, is the weight. It doesn't matter how many bags you put it into. For some reason though, it costs four times as much money to have an overweight bag as it does to book an extra bag.

What I love about Mamdani’s strategy is it unapologetically paints a picture of a NEW but completely sensible direction instead of working within the parameters of the establishment. Both have their merits. Attacking is like detox, Mamdani crucially couples the attacks with “restorative treatment”

Mamdani has better politics, and brings a much more joyful vibe to the table than Gavin. Gavin is doing the dirty work right now of hitting Trump below the belt. I praise both of them for meaningfully countering Trump. It's time to be Machiavellian, not contemplate the intricacies of morality here.
