Ha! Similarly, I started a painstakingly detailed outline w/ Save the Cat beats for a YA dystopia in May but got stuck on where to start the story. So last week, my brain was all "Ok, let's just start writing a MG about this completely different thing w/ no outline" & now I'm on chapter 7 🤷‍♀️
