yeah. like, the soviet space program was incredibly impressive given the limitations they were operating under. by 1964 or 65 they were completely eclipsed by NASA, but in comparison NASA's resources were basically unlimited so it's not surprising. soviets managed a lot of cool shit with not much

eh, gonna disagree with you on that one... india has done some interesting uncrewed stuff but I wouldn't say amazing. they have a lot of work to do from heavy lift boosters to crewed spacecraft imo

they haven't done anything no one else has done, but i think successfully getting an orbiter to mars on the budget of like one season of an HBO TV show is pretty cool
