The latest Covid vaccine update “mNEXSPIKE” was approved May 30 2025. I seriously doubt the CDC will approve any more. If you are 12-64 you need to claim a comorbidity…I am suggesting people not claim you qualify under Mental Health, Disability, etc as it could be tracked for future “projects”

Same. Safeway pharmacy in my area said they are getting the updated one next week, and it's available to everyone. I was panicking until I called.

CVS isn’t even offering the old version.

My CVS has the Pfizer booster from last year. Probably will get it with my flu shot if no new booster becomes available.

I think it might be too late for now. I heard this was coming and got the last appointment for the older version (the only one currently avails able) last Wednesday at Walgreens. My friends waited and weren’t able to make appointments the following day.

CVS stopped making the old vaccine available regardless if you’d qualify for it under new rules. Check to see if it’s even available in your area.

I had a booster back in June, so (as per my understanding), I can't have another one for another couple months. Which means that was likely my last COVID booster.

Best believe that the rich will have their vaccines of every flavor updated.

Get it. Last week I walked into Walgreens, got last year’s Covid vax, flu and RSV. I had to state that I understood it was outdated and due to be replaced. Cost 50.00 out of pocket. I feel like a have better coverage than waiting and hoping I can get an updated vaccine.

Do not wait. The old formula bring broad protection from current variants. Boosters protection wanes @6 months. Get what you can while you can

I stopped in at the pharmacy where I've been getting vaccinated. I've gotten #Covid shots there almost since the day they became available for my age group. Today for the first time, they didn't have any. They said #flu should be available next week and Covid might be available and to check back.

There will not be an updated shot as Trump has decimated the CDC. The last iteration is already in very low supply so you may not qualify for it, anyway (must 65+, sickly). If you can get it now, do so. Also, no updated flu shots will be happening, you will be getting a year-old iteration
