Oolong didn't fit in my post!! I love oolong. I was also thinking jasmine tea, and then rose water. I wonder if a rosewater lassi ice cream would work 🤔
Rose congou is a favourite of mine. Just cream with it. The sweetness of the cream is enough. So many oolongs. I love using syrup, because tiny icicles form, and they make the ice cream taste truly homemade to me. I also love citrus. I wanted the maker originally to make lemon ice cream.
