Every part. And questioned by admin, boards of education at various levels, families, and just random folks. It’s a bit exhausting.
The lack of respect and having to constantly prove myself to people who never actually stepped into my classroom was one of the reasons I ultimately decided to leave teaching (even with the support of "the data")
