I feel people of faith are being given a bad rap because of evangelicals I grew up in that church and left as soon as I could. I still believe in God, I don't believe in their hypocrisy and hate. My faith is rooted in doing what Jesus commanded, to love and serve one another, including animals.

You didn't offend, but you did assume, when I say to someone I will keep you in my prayers it doesn't mean I pray publicly for them. My prayer isn't a formal thing, I can worship by being in nature, by appreciating a kind gesture from someone, by wishing someone well and praying for a good outcome.
