How can he not be aware? Either he or his clerks MUST have known and if the clerks didn’t tell him, that’s a dereliction of duty on their part.

I think this is a new order which isn't publicly docketed yet. The prior order (despite reporting) only applied to the 10 named plaintiffs, not the putative class members (based on my read).
