I think there should be natural disaster evacuation trains like this. Hurricane imminent? Don’t have a car? All aboard! Then skedaddle. Bring your pets.

Trains don’t get stuck in evacuation traffic. They can readily scale. They can include cars with refrigeration or medical setups and supplies, etc. They have kitchens. They can pick up evacuees in multiple locations. They can return passengers to their home or other safe locations.
