Hard to come by a perfect script but the dialogue and writing for the He’s Alive twilight zone episode is perfect

Have you seen "Death Ship"? Outstanding performances by Jack Klugman (playing against type) and the highly-underrated Ross Martin, in a script by Richard Matheson which repeatedly toys with the viewer until the last scene.
