If an American Jew feels uncomfortable with a Democrat's position on Israel, that Democrat needs to assure them that they're not an antisemite. If an American Arab or Muslim feels uncomfortable with a Democrat's position on Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, India, Pakistan, that's grievance politics.
Sarcasm aside it's merely a byproduct of a post 9/11 media and political environment which treats Muslim and Arab American political questions as fundamentally illegitimate at all times, reduced down to petty grievances or narrow-minded interests, whereas for other groups it's about their security.
