Working out has lots of health benefits, but all this "politicians filming themselves working out" feels like some kind of weird mass regression, a denial that office jobs are decoupled from physical requirements of any kind, and have been for a long time.

Haha, half my Instagram connections are via running, especially from when I used to run with Nike NYC. There’s a lot of running content, mine and others. My shots are rarely live action, tho back in the day, the photogs they used at NRC somehow managed shots in which everyone looked like models.

There are definitely people who can look good running. Slightly more if there are professional photographers involved. I am not in this rather elite club.
