A government (and media) who opposed these people would find it quite easy to take a stand against such a small group, instead of trying to appease them.

As an example someone should be going out today saying Lucy Connolly wasn't a political prisoner and hero, she was a racist who encouraged people to burn down buildings with people in them,while people were literally doing that Just go out and say it, loudly
