Okay, all this has made me rewatch -- this time with headphones on to hear what that fellow was saying. And yeah, I reckon he deserved to be told to "Fuck off, man, fuck off"!

Oh absolutely. I had heard the first part of what he said, but not how he ended the sentence. I figured he was American because who the hell else would stroll into the middle of an argument with the cops and yell his own two cents in English. Even the cops didn't want him 😂
