We can't fight this regime without an organized political party built to do it, & the Dems are not it. What's the point of fighting to oust Republicans from office so the Dems cough up another Sinema, Manchin, etc. to deep-six the policies needed to repudiate the horrorshow already inflicted on us?
The people must stand up and make their demands known. This feels like the end of our traditional party system, which may serve us well in a renewed America.
One way or another, a day of reckoning must come for the Dems or the descent into more darkness will continue. There is plenty of energy available for defeating MAGA, but a neoliberal Democratic Party is an obstacle to that goal. It can be "reformed" or "replaced," but it cannot continue like this.
