No, thatβs fair. Are there any frozen options that could work for that? Frozen salmon? Seasoned chicken portions? I am team fed is best but like you I prefer something vaguely balanced, hence the frozen peas π«
I have seen the Factor meals on YouTube videos, and they look good, Iβd just be worried about cost for you. They sound spendy. But maybe you can do a mix of them + your own easy stuff other days?
As an ADHD person myself, Iβve just made cookbooks my hyper fixation of late lol. But in reality, cookbooks are a great way to get into cooking. Finding people who cook uncomplicated meals you enjoy has been great for my cooking! Lemme know if you want recs! The public library is where I get mine!
