That file must either be such a massive nothing-burger that nobody wants to catch the ire of those waiting for it, since they will claim that it was doctored; or so full of rich and famous people of all stripes that neither side dares release it.

Or, probably more likely, a combination. The Epstein file won't have things like "Senator Thisandthat of Importantstate had his unnatural ways with two 12 year old siamese twins", which is what they are expecting. Instead it's just long lists of famous people he has met, and he has met everyone.
