i texted to said manager, got no answer except that the schedule was her own(?) and that i shouldn't have looked at it and that i should still come to work even tho she didn't tell me she took me off the schedule

other manager was dragged into the mess and i got blamed for "not coming into work today" bc of the college campus shooting hoax bc that had "nothing to do with my job". mind you, the same woman who hadn't given me a key to the building or told me the alarm code-

anyway i quit and felt really shitty all day bc my family said i was overreacting and that i need to stop calling out of work (note: i only called out once and it was last week) and that the hoax had nothing to do with me since i was at home so i had no excuse to "skip work" (i did go to work ??)

same people who berated me for working part time and teased me for working 3-4 hrs. when i expressed i was okay with these hours bc of my chronic back pain and fatigue, i was called "lazy" and "childish". today my sister said this is the "real world" and i have zero excuses for my behavior
