So, I'm not diagnosed, but teachers have indicated that my daughter (9) has it, and when reading up on the facets of ADHD... Well, let's just say that my response was; 'Eh? What's the issue? This is just how life is, right?' I always wondered why I was so overwhelmingly busy. Just taking the 1/

points you've mentioned, it gave me the idea that some sort of ADHD home manual would be a good idea, and that maybe I could write one, with sections on cooking, home mamagement, bills, work, socialising, etc... But... Would I ever have the 'time' to complete it? 2/2

These books exist (also for ASD), typically geared to YA. Not sure how useful though? Before computer age babies/kids spent a ton of time watching/helping family cook, clean, fix stuff. Now our brains are being wired by screens and all the million little hits of dopamine they give us each day.
