I once pronounced façade as “fah-cade” because how the fuck would I know and my dad laughed when correcting me and it was 40+ years ago and I still might not be over it.

I asked my 4th grade teacher if “reassure” was pronounced re-uh-sure or rezh-ur. She said “what do you think?” I was like, I don’t know, lady, that’s why I’m asking you!!
