I have a better idea. Well-regulated in the 18th century tended to be something like well-organized, well-armed, well-disciplined. Why not have the govt fund the right to keep and bear arms. They can give vouchers to the people to buy their arms and ammunition.

I run a company and I can’t promote diversity. That means that I can’t use race ethnicity or gender to hire or promote people in the company. My team is diverse but not by design. It’s diverse because they just happen to come from many races and ethnicities, both genders.
