The Lincoln Project et al. have been relentlessly trolling Trump and MAGA online for years and it has achieved nothing. It's bananas to me that the meaningless spectacle of memes and twitter taunting has become a more important consideration in candidate support than moral fortitude.

I have had people insisting to me that memes & tweets would sway elections, influence the press, defeat MAGA, etc. etc. etc. for a decade and I'm frankly sick of it. People enjoy it, they're addicted to it, so they stitch up little hero costumes for it but none of the heroic promises ever come true.
