I’m so sorry. It’s really hard to diagnose this stuff over the internet beyond the most basic solutions. It’s probably best if someone has the computer in front of them using their own repair tools. Its often something simple, if that’s any comfort.

That's what I'm afraid of. I hate to pay money I don't have for a problem I could fix if I just had the skills. Thank you though, for all of this. I appreciate it!
I don’t know the Dell warranty on this but if it’s less than a year old you could be covered.
