I made some super opera loving friends who became real friends and am in touch with them still. Went on holiday with one of my opera buddies who I met on Twitter and her husband a few weeks ago.

On Twitter I guess and not on Bluesky? When someone on Twitter said that she had caught Covid after watching an opera at the Exeter Picturehouse, I did some detective work as there weren’t many people in the cinema. We now meet up for dinner and an opera DVD and we all went to La Scala together

Yes on old Twitter. How fantastic that you made friends with other opera fans and do stuff together. I hardly use it now.
