I know I’ve said already but children got murdered in a mass shooting today and everyone is so numb to it that they’ve already moved on to talking about other things. Just a completely rotten country at its core. So many of us deserve so much better.
Do we deserve better, though 🤔? We've let money rule us and drive every decision. We've chosen stuff over humanity and compassion. Many churches are teaching the wealth doctrine. We might be reaping the seeds we have sown, sadly.

Honestly, I try not to say too much about the shootings. I don't want them to dominate the news. I don't want evil freaks that shoot up strangers in public places to get the attention they crave. We know it happened, express sorrow & sympathy for the victims & give them space to begin to heal

True enough. I live in the next town over, and paid rapt attention to the coverage. Like, all day, but I have to switch away eventually. Definitely not over it
