It's very upper ab focused and you gotta use your TA well throughout but I like that I don't have to think very hard 😌
now, what exactly is a TA?
Ohhhh transverse abdominus, it's the "corset" belly muscle or like deep core whatever the fuck people wanna call it. Basically you want to think belly button to spine/lower back flat to floor or whatever other cues are useful
