this to me is an important part of the conversation about inclusion, too. because i keep thinking about how much money (and influence!) e.g. elon/zuck are leaving on the table because they disregard black voices and communities entirely

Also, how much they can’t admit to themselves they don’t understand. I think they avoid us because they can’t fake it. Which is also why they hate us.
