having rushed to complete my passport application, the first time any passport office in the GTA can look at it is ... September 25th. (Not that I need this in a hurry, but sooner would've been better)

It is, but I'm in the wild east. The Tamil studio that used to process my film has gone: they never held back on the colour so prints came out psychedelic. I'm sure I can find something closer
