They're only selling the front half of the parcel, with the original main building and attached ADU. On the back half, they have an approved plan for a 3-story main building. It was at ZAB a couple years ago.
ah ok. well, good luck to them… there’s not that much lot left to build much but I guess they’ll go tall as you say.
They would have been better off holding off, waiting for middle housing, razing the lot, and building ~6 unit 3 story…
