Just learned that a lot of the creatine gummies on Amazon were tested and found to be missing creatine. Checked the ones I've bought and not only are they no longer for sale but the listing has been wiped away like it never existed. I've essentially been eating candy for months.

From spamazon? They probably contain something like melamine which will cause kidney damage.

One of my annoyances with buying vitamins and other supplements in the US is they aren't considered...real? So they can just be mostly filler and sometimes none of the vitamins at all. 🙄
