Sounds delicious! What went into it?
I got the recipe from the NYTimes. It's actually pretty simple: pork, ginger, garlic, rice cakes, and kale. Plus, a sauce of gochuchang, soy, and chicken stock.

Forgot to add that I dropped the extra sugar. Not necessary, given the sweetness of the onions.
