They should put it in a local park or municipal forest or something, could be cool. It's the kind of thing people would enjoy to visit when going on a leisure walk.

It'll *be* in a local park for people to enjoy. Admittedly one ringed by skyscrapers, but it was ringed by skyscrapers already. It'll be a hidden treasure amidst the glass and steel. That's cool too.
