I suspect for 2 reasons: I doubt we have the infrastructure; and I think this posture is new. MS purposely built Canadian data centres because we demanded data sovereignty. Again, I suspect there was a discussion in the States that went 'see here MS unless you want a 97% tax rate, here's the rules'
