Damn brother, a $3k deductible is ridiculous! I have an 85/15 split with employer. It’s damn near $30k for the family plan. Thanks to the union I have a solid plan where they’re getting me coming, but not going. Stay strong boss, and enjoy that trade for Parsons 😘.
