In a "what if" nightmare, I can honestly see myself with a weapon, defending my country. It's a terrifying feeling.

I learned that even though I have felt very disillusioned by Canada in recent years, I love this country so much and will do whatever I can to protect it. Our issues are ours and ours alone. No one else can mess with us.
