I'm all for a road but it will cost a fortune. Way, way back in the Dark Ages, my bf at the time was working on the Limestone generating station project and a paved road was built to Long Spruce Gen(I think). The permafrost destroyed it. The ride was very wild lol.

I began in small town living but spent 40 years in Winnipeg. During my degree in ag I did plenty of crop growing in the country, though. And spent time on a small acreage horse farm. I never sensed city/ country differences. The city isn't big enough to be isolated from country life.

I have two stainless steel straws with a nice bendy to them. Because of dietary issues I rarely eat out, but it's not a hardship to take one with me, and I haven't used any other straws in 10 years. (And I'm allergic to fish. Lol)
