and yes. I read the excerpt in the Cut and hooted out loud, I'm afraid. Especially when she told her lover, "I hear you" in response to "I'm dying. How can you abandon you?" self help, non violent communication for the terminally batshit in extremis. 👍

If she meant to do it it'd be genius, but I don't think I'd admit to helping my addict partner shooting up then kicking them out of the house for any bit of praise.
